Where to eat

For the chef, the kitchen is completely outfitted with top of the line appliances. From Kitchen Aid mixers, blenders, and waffle irons to all things cocktails: Moscow Mule mugs and shakers to margarita makers, the choices abound.  

For those who would prefer to eat out, the house is just a short walk to the resort restaurants, which include a range of eateries offering fare from Mexican at the Adobe Grille (Best Margaritas!) to higher end cuisine at La Quinta's signature dining venue, Morgan's.  For after dinner entertainment, enjoy drinks at Morgan's famous piano bar.

ADULT EVENINGS OUT

MORGAN'S at the La Quinta Resort (5 minutes)

The food is good and the cocktails are better. Bartender Brian is amazing- Tell him we sent you! Enjoy weekend evenings singing along with the piano man, Ron.

THE NEST in Indian Wells (20 min's)

Good food, music and laughs at this campy "can't miss" Indian Wells establishment where the age range spans from 21 to 101! The Nest turns into a dance club as the night goes on. Make reservations for dinner and stay for the party- If only going late night, club line can be very long.

THE PINK CABANA at The Sands Hotel in Indian Wells (25 minutes)

Designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the Pink Cabana is a fresh, modern take on the great Tennis and Racquet Clubs of the 50’s and 60’s in Palm Springs. Fun Bar and restaurant.

PORTA VILLA EL PASEO (25 minutes)

Very good Italian at Peter Garland’s newest restaurant-Great atmosphere and service!

ARNOLD PALMER'S in La Quinta (7 minutes)

The food is good and prices are not overblown. *Make reservation to sit on the patio- much better vibe, especially with live music in the evenings on weekends.

THE CLIFF HOUSE (15 minutes)

Good food and fun patio dining with a group.

LG's (12 minutes)

A tried and true steak house chain.

EDDIE V’S EL PASEO PRIME SEAFOOD (25 minutes)

Fun adult night out- Good food and vibey atmosphere
